Tita Enia, as she is more commonly known, is the main proprietor of Butuan Something Special, which makes a variety of homemade cakes and goodies. She first began making cakes as a hobby, creating simple birthday cakes for her friends and family. However, orders soon began to pour in as more and more people craved for Tita Enia’s homemade creations. Years later, Tita Enia has eventually established a homemade pastry business that caters to different events and special occasions.
Beyond Tita Enia’s elaborate cake design is its luscious and rich flavor. My friend especially chose a chocolate cake for her birthday, and boy, was it gooooood!!!!!! It had a rich, chocolate flavor and the moisture and sweetness was just right. The icing was especially creamy, and my kids just loved it! Apparently, Tita Enia’s chocolate cookie monster cake is one of her bestsellers, so it’s no wonder we immediately became chocolate cake addicts!
I will be sure to order some more chocolate cakes from Butuan Something Special. Her cakes are said to last for a few weeks when refrigerated, but they don’t even last a day in our fridge!
